AZ Commercial Builders was established in Phoenix, Arizona in September of 1998. The company was conceptualized on the foundation of professionalism, reliability, quality, and trust. Each project is unique and individualized to meet the contracting needs of our clients.

The owner of our company has knowledge and practical experience in both residential and commercial builds. He has an educational background in finance and understands the importance of budget and time constraints. This combination of construction expertise and financial discipline means our clients get accurate bids, realistic schedules, and no surprises at the end of the project.

Over the past 25+ years, AZ Commercial Builders has built a reputation as one of the Phoenix metro area's most trusted commercial contractors. Our portfolio includes dozens of restaurant construction projects in Phoenix and Scottsdale, retail tenant improvements, medical offices, and commercial remodels throughout Maricopa County.
